With the exception of credit card transactions that fail automated fraud review and detection checks, all orders are instantly delivered on the customer’s receipt and/or by email upon successful transaction. Orders that fail fraud checks must be reviewed manually, and legitimate orders are released, delivered and marked as shipped. This process may take 1-2 business days, although we will make every attempt to review such transactions as they occur.
